Today, we’re incredibly excited to announce a partnership that’s aimed at enabling businesses to go from A→Z in leveraging their sales and customer success calls to automatically enrich their CRM software.
We’re excited to announce that we’re now working together with Gladia, a leading-edge speech-to-text API, to transcribe your phone calls and other audio data and directly connect them to Lettria for text analysis.
Gladia: Cutting-Edge Audio Transcription & Translation
Gladia’s Audio Intelligence API is powered by an optimized version of OpenAI’s Whisper ASR API. It provides highly accurate audio and video transcription for real-life business use cases.
Some of the key features of Gladia are:
- It’s multilingual — supporting 99 different languages, with enhanced automatic language detection. This means that if a speaker changes language mid-conversation, Gladia will detect and translate it accordingly. Very useful for multilingual environments.
- It’s secure — Gladia guarantees 100% safety of all data in accordance with EU and US privacy regulations. It’s GDPR compliant.
- It’s fast and accurate— 1h of audio can be accurately transcribed in fewer than 120 seconds. Speaker diarization (identifying and splitting between multiple speakers in a call) and code-switching included.
Lettria and Gladia Join Forces to Enable High-Quality CRM Enrichment
One of the most challenging aspects of any sales or customer success team is having quick and easy access to key customer information at the right time. This is why they spend hours and hours every week keeping their CRMs updated after every single call, email or chat message.
At Lettria, we help sales and CS teams solve for this problem with our AI-driven CRM-enrichment tools. Our tools are able to analyze sales and support calls, extract key information, and add relevant information in the relevant fields in customers’ CRM software.
However, it’s not possible to analyze audio directly without first transcribing it into text. Moreover, the quality of the analysis of an audio file largely depends on the quality of the transcription. If the transcription is done poorly, missing important information or key phrases, or otherwise translated incorrectly, this will have a direct impact on the quality of analysis of that transcription.
For this reason, we’ve decided to work together with Gladia. This partnership will enable Lettria users to easily import Gladia JSON files into their projects, allowing users to access high-quality audio transcriptions directly within Lettria, with full support.
Lettria users can also benefit from Gladia’s free plan, offering 10 hours of transcriptions per month with pay-as-you-go plans beyond that.
