We’re excited to announce that we’re now working together with Gladia, a leading-edge speech-to-text API, to transcribe your phone calls and other audio data and directly connect them to Lettria for text analysis.
Gladia: Cutting-Edge Audio Transcription & Translation
Gladia’s Audio Intelligence API is powered by an optimized version of OpenAI’s Whisper ASR API. It provides highly accurate audio and video transcription for real-life business use cases.

Lettria and Gladia Join Forces to Enable High-Quality CRM Enrichment
One of the most challenging aspects of any sales or customer success team is having quick and easy access to key customer information at the right time. This is why they spend hours and hours every week keeping their CRMs updated after every single call, email or chat message.
At Lettria, we help sales and CS teams solve for this problem with our AI-driven CRM-enrichment tools. Our tools are able to analyze sales and support calls, extract key information, and add relevant information in the relevant fields in customers’ CRM software.
However, it’s not possible to analyze audio directly without first transcribing it into text.
